Paul Whitehead

CEO UK

Paul is a senior Finance, Technology and Risk professional with more than 23 years’ experience in Tier 1 Investment Banking at Citigroup, with a focus on delivery of complex, high-quality client and risk-management solutions. Expertise in pricing, valuation, and management of both secured and unsecured OTC derivative transactions.

Paul has 15 years experience in XVA specific trading roles, building new CVA and FVA desks and hedging credit and market vector exposures.

Marc Rohde

COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Marc is a qualified ‚Bankkaufmann‘ with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. His focus was laid on operational activities at various institutions such as LBBW, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank and Clearstream Banking. At Clearstream he was responsible for the smooth processing of clients’ GC pooling transactions and collateral management towards Deutsche Bundesbank and Eurex. In addition, he represented his section in numerous projects, such as the introduction of T2S, implementation of new products, system enhancements and process relocations. After leaving Clearstream he focused on his second fi eld of interest: cultural management and now is excited to take over new responsibilities at XVA Blockchain.
